How many times have you been there in your life, your business, your relationships, and things are just aligned. Everything seems to flow and move right along. But you feel like it’s too good to be true. This can’t possible last for much longer, can it? Isn’t there some bs right around the corner to throw me off course? It’s that uneasy subtle, yet noticeable feeling like things are just too good, too quiet and too easy right now. Then, BAM! Wham! There it is. I knew it! “See, I told you so! I knew my easy period would not and could not last long”.  Here is what to do to shift limiting patterns.

Well, here’s the good news and the bad news. The good news is that you are creating and co-creating your reality in each moment and situation. Ready for the bad news? YOU are creating and co-creating your reality in each moment and situation!  And it is the biggest “cosmic joke” of all time! Seriously though, you have nothing to fear or dread if you accept this dynamic for what it is and then take your power back! You have the power to shift fate and outcomes to be more consistent and favorable! “But how do I do this” you might ask? Learn to shift limiting thought patterns and beliefs the moment they come up.  Then you will be well on your way to mastering your mind. And

 

The Secret to shifting limiting patterns

I’m going to let you in on a little secret that all the most successful and fulfilled people in the world know and live by. Here it is. You can deliberately set yourself up to experience consistent flow, joy, abundance and ease by looking at your results.  Because unsuccessful people are always falling victim to timing, planetary alignments, the stock market, the weather, whatever, they are always fixated on what in their external world is messing up their plans.  And this interrupts their flow and they spiral into a world of limiting thought patterns and beliefs.

Successful and happy people, by the way, are not immune to interruptions or having “off days” or limiting thought patterns and beliefs.  But they accept total responsibility for what they are experiencing, both the good and the not-so-good, and say “I wonder why I created this”? or “I wonder how I managed to attract that?” or, “I wonder if there is a pattern playing out here trying to grab my attention”? What limiting thought patterns and beliefs do I continually think and experience?

The difference here is because they put themselves in the center of their results they take total responsibility for them. You must reprogram and constantly remind yourself that your internal reality is primary, and your external reality is secondary and subordinate to the first.  But your limiting thought patterns and beliefs don’t have to be true just because they are there.
